Wikov performed an expert on-site diagnostic and condition analysis of a Humboldt 3S 1800 gearbox with a high transmission ratio of 178.5:1. This parallel shaft unit is a critical component in the cement industry, where operational stability is essential for continuous production.

In addition to the deep technical inspection, the scope of work included basic maintenance performed directly at the customer's site. Our goal was to verify the integrity of the gearing and bearings at high input speeds of 2,700 rpm. Through timely diagnosis and professional intervention, we helped prevent unplanned downtime and ensured the equipment remains in optimal condition for further demanding operations.
