A drop-in replacement of Eisenbeiss GU 500 gearbox used with Innio Jenbacher Gas Engine (J620-GS) and a backup generator
When the operator of a backup power generation unit faced the prospect of a costly overhaul of an aging Eisenbeiss GU 500 gearbox, Wikov offered a complete drop-in replacement gearbox, providing a modern solution at a comparable cost.
Rather than investing in a major repair of the existing unit, the customer was looking for a more reliable long-term solution that would reduce future maintenance risks while keeping project costs under control.
