We performed a specialized on-site inspection and technical diagnostic of a Knödler FZ 600 2-Z-ED 60 gearbox, a high-performance unit critical to operations in the plastic processing industry. With a rated power of 124 kW and an input speed of 2,780 rpm, maintaining the mechanical integrity of this parallel shaft gearbox is essential for preventing costly production downtime.

During the diagnostic phase, our service experts identified significant damage to the input shaft, which compromised the unit's efficiency and safety.
