We conducted a comprehensive on-site technical inspection and diagnostic measurement of a Flender H1 SH 15 gearbox, a high-performance parallel shaft unit serving the oil industry. With a rated power of 2,375 kW and an input speed of 1,500 rpm, maintaining the precise mechanical health of this asset is critical for operational safety and production continuity.
The technical audit focused on a deep-dive evaluation of the unit's dynamic state. Wikov specialists performed a detailed condition check of the bearings, shafts, and internal gears. To achieve a high level of accuracy, our team utilized advanced modal analysis and analyzed the vibration spectrum under operating conditions. The results of these measurements identified specific frequency markers indicating the need for proactive maintenance.
