For the fourth time, the Academic Board of the Recruitment Academy has been rewarding domestic companies that are engaged in recruitment, job placement and HR marketing. During the gala evening, representatives of Wikov MGI also stood on the stage. Wikov MGI has fought among such matadors as ŠKODA, Nestlé or Innogy.
At the La Fabrika Theater in Prague on November 22, the diplomas were awarded in five categories: Career Video, Career Pages, Recruitment Campaign of the Year, Job Ad of the Year, and Recruiter of the Year.
Wikov, enrolled in the Recruitment Campaign of the Year section, was doing absolutely perfect. Of the twenty companies, Wikov advanced to the final six. The expert jury, headed by Jan Mühlfeit, global strategist and former president of Microsoft Corporation for Europe, praised the personal approach of the campaign, working with an authentic business environment, and videos shot with real Wikov employees.
Wikov has proven that, even with a much smaller budget than large multinational corporations, it can create an engaging, playful and successful campaign.
The main goal of the campaign is, of course, the recruitment of new Wikov employees. These are mainly qualified people with work experience. Simultaneously, however, the “Want More!” campaign raises awareness of Wikov MGI as a perspective employer, and a partner of many cultural and sporting events in the region.
