An oldtimer exhibition Concours d´Elegance, which included famous automotive brands, including pre-war Wikov vehicles, took place at the Loučeň Château in central Bohemia last weekend.
For this year's, 3rd annual competition exhibition Concours d´Elegance, collectors of Wikov vehicles from all over the Czech Republic prepared the largest exhibition of Wikov vehicles in modern history. Visitors had the opportunity to see incredible 18 shiny Wikov vehicles of various models on the prepared stage, in the courtyard and the adjacent château park. Let's think back to Wikov IV/16 from 1925, Wikov 7/28 Sport from 1930 or various body styles of models 30, 35, 40 and 70. Wikov 35 with the legendary "drop-shaped" body, which was the first Czechoslovak aerodynamic car in history, was exposed in the courtyard.
We cannot forget that the Škoda brand celebrating 120 years since the founding of the Laurin & Klement automakers also had a major exhibition here and brought about 30 various motorcycles and automobiles. Other brands included: Duesenberg, Hispano-Suiza, Voisin, Mercedes-Benz, Minerva, Jaguar, Ferrari, Maserati, Tatra, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Horch, Facel Vega, Morgan, Talbot and others.
